Welcome to the March podcast at Today’s Wilderness, where my guest is Denny Snyder of USA Outback TV. Denny and I talk about the history of USA Outback TV (formerly Pennsylvania Outback) during their eight year run with television stations like the Outdoor Channel and others as they brought their hunting adventures and how-to series to the general public. We also talk about their new endeavor with xontv.tv where they are slated to begin having programming for the internet based television system. In our second segment we talk about the offerings and information you can get from their company and we round off the show talking about the very important initiative Sportsmen Against Hunger, a near and dear program to Denny and his team.

From 1999 to 2001, Kevin conducted an in-depth research project to study bear attacks on humans for the purpose of providing support material for an educational video. The study was an attempt to associate the pre-attack activity of the perpetrating animal in a known attack situation in contrast to those that ended in bluff scenarios.
